  • extract, process and analyze data from companies internal systems and other sources;
  • provide insights on the performance of lending products, retail operations and customer behavior; 
  • dive deep into complex data sets to identify patterns, trends and anomalies. Translate the data into actionable insights for stakeholders; 
  • present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant teams in a clear and concise manner; 
  • prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders highlighting trends, anomalies, and potential areas of concern;
  • partner with the product development team to understand customer behaviors and identify areas for growth;
  • work closely with the marketing department to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identify target audiences, and recommend strategies;
  • support the risk management team in refining underwriting process and rules.


  • education in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field;
  • experience in risk analysis, data analysis, system analysis or a related role, preferably in the financial industry;
  • proficiency in MS Excel and good understanding of database querying languages (e.g., SQL);
  • strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills; 
  • pashion for data analytics and data visualization; 
  • ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • work experience with data analysis programming languages like R, Python, SAS will be considered as an advantage;
  • familiarity with business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView will be considered as an advantage.
