AS DelfinGroup wishes to inform stakeholders that on 16 July 2026, the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) made a decision to impose a fine of EUR 285,000 on the company. This decision was issued within the framework of an administrative case initiated in the first quarter of 2025 regarding the use of credit information bureaus.

AS DelfinGroup categorically disagrees with this decision and will appeal it in court. The company had already made provisions in 2025 for the payment of the PTAC fine; therefore, the company's current financial results will not be affected.

In conclusion, the company wishes to point out that despite our categorical disagreement with the regulatory interpretation applied by PTAC, AS DelfinGroup has been obtaining information on consumer credit liabilities from both credit information bureaus since the end of September 2025.
