On 3rd October 2018, SIA ExpressCredit registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia a subsidiary SIA REFIN with 100% ownership. SIA REFIN share capital is 3000 euros, and the goal of the company is to develop a concept for financing new real estate projects in Latvia.
