The first Banknote branch in Mārupe is open
Continuing the development of the Banknote network of circular economy stores and ensuring ever wider branch network coverage, the first Banknote branch in Mārupe has opened. The new store is located in the centre of Mārupe, at Daugavas iela 27, next to the municipality council building.
“We see that there is a high demand in society for convenient financial services and in-person movement of goods, which is why we are actively continuing to invest in expanding the Banknote branch network across Latvia. In recent years, the population of Mārupe Municipality has grown significantly, which naturally increases the demand for various services, including purchasing of pre-owned and new goods and financial services. Seeing these trends, opening a branch in Mārupe is a strategically planned step,” explains Didzis Ādmīdiņš, Chairman of the Management Board of DelfinGroup.
D. Ādmīdiņš explains that the company while developing the branch network, is looking to ensure that the Banknote services are available as close as possible to the place of residence. Now, the people of Mārupe and the surrounding area can receive them in modern and spacious premises in the centre of Mārupe, which are also easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
The branch in Mārupe will offer a wide range of electronic goods, including mobile devices, computers, tablets, photographic equipment, tools, gardening and forestry equipment, accessories, as well as new and refurbished jewellery. In addition to the possibility of buying and selling goods and precious metals, the branch will also offer a pawn loans and consumer loans.
“We are seeing a change in people’s habits, with more and more people choosing to buy pre-owned and slightly pre-owned goods, which is not only better value for money but also better for the environment. There is also a growing interest in selling and recycling goods, demonstrating a shared desire in society to promote the sustainable exchange of goods while showing care for our planet. The Banknote business model translates these new trends into action!” comments D. Ādmīdiņš.
Banknote, the circular economy store chain owned by DelfinGroup, currently has over 90 branches across Latvia. Customers also have access to the circular economy online store veikals.banknote.lv, with more than 50,000 products in one place.
