Riga, 2020-11-27 15:55 CET -- On November 27, 2020, the shareholders' meeting of SIA "DelfinGroup" adopted a decision on the distribution of quarterly dividends from the profit of 2019 in the amount of EUR 1,000 thousand. SIA "DelfinGroup" 9-month unaudited profit amounted to EUR 3.16 million. Dividends will be paid until 31 December 2020 and in compliance with the terms and conditions of the debt securities issues LV0000801322, LV0000802213, LV0000802379 and LV0000802429.

SIA DelfinGroup expands Banknote branch network
Riga, 2020-11-09 15:26 CET -- SIA DelfinGroup expands its network of Banknote branches by opening a new location in Riga, Juglas Street 45. The Juglas Street branch will be one of the 39 branches in Riga, but in total, with the opening of the new branch, there will be 88 branches in Latvia. Jugla has developed significantly in recent years, becoming a sought-after residential area. The short distance to the city center and the developed public transport infrastructure mean that the population of Jugla is increasing.

Riga, 2020-10-13 16:44 CEST -- On 19 March 2020 DelfinGroup provided information to investors regarding the company's actions in relation to the state declared emergency situation in Latvia in relation to COVID – 19 on 12 March 2020. The company’s initial focus was on securing cash reserves and reviewing its cost structure. In addition, a stricter assessment of customers’ solvency was introduced. The state of emergency was lifted on 10 June 2020.

Riga, 2020-10-01 17:55 CEST -- On September 30, 2020, the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia registered acquisition of 100% shares of SIA Banknote commercial properties by SIA DelfinGroup. SIA Banknote commercial properties owns 4 properties. The branches of the Banknote brand are located in three of the properties - two in Jelgava and one in Valka. The balance sheet assets of SIA Banknote commercial properties at acquisition were EUR 112 thousand.

Riga, 2020-09-04 12:47 CEST -- Shareholders of SIA DelfinGroup, which operates brands Banknote, VIZIA and Riga City Pawnshop have approved a new official dividend policy - “SIA DelfinGroup’s Dividend policy”, and also have decided to pay out dividends from the profit of year ending 31.12.2019 in amount of 2 million euro after tax. In addition, it is expected that shareholders will repay EUR 1 million to the company, thus reducing its liabilities (loans to related parties) to SIA DelfinGroup. The dividends will be paid out by 30.09.2020.

DelfinGroup preliminary consolidated results for 12 months of 2019 have surpassed the published financial estimate. The Group’s turnover reached EUR 21.8 million (6% higher than estimate), loan portfolio amounted to EUR 31.6 million (12% increase compared to the estimate), and EBITDA rose to EUR 8.1 million (11% on top of the estimate).
